Event Ticket - Sip & Sound - Tea Tasting & Sound Bath Evening - Upwey
Sip & Sound
An Evening of Tea Tasting & Sound Healing in the Dandenong Ranges
- When: Saturday 8th August 2026 – 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm
- Where: Blue Hills Centre, 1/6 Mahony Street, Upwey, VIC 3158
- Doors open 6:45 pm · Journey begins 7:00 pm
As the cold settles deep over the Ranges, we gather to slow down, warm up, and listen inward.
There is something quietly sacred about tea, the ritual of sipping slowly, of warming the hands and the body, of pausing long enough to actually arrive. This August, Sacred Healing Collective invites you into the heart of the Dandenong Ranges for an evening that pairs that same slow ritual with the deep, restorative medicine of sound.
The ancient forests and fern gullies surrounding us hold their own quiet presence — a stillness that asks us to soften, breathe, and remember what matters. Sip & Sound begins with a guided tea tasting, a chance to settle the nervous system and arrive fully present, before moving into a full-length immersive sound journey with Tibetan singing bowls, harmonic chimes, and ceremonial instruments.
This is more than a sound bath. It's an evening built entirely around rest - for the body, the senses, and the mind.
What to expect
Tanya will open the evening with a tea tasting, offering a selection of warming, hand-picked blends enjoyed slowly and mindfully. From there, you'll be guided through a full-length sound journey - Tibetan singing bowls, harmonic chimes, and carefully chosen ceremonial instruments selected to support deep nervous system rest, energetic release, and inner stillness.
You'll be held in a beautifully prepared, warmly lit space nestled in the Ranges. There is nothing to do but arrive, sip, lie down, and let the evening do the rest.
This evening includes
- A guided tea tasting with seasonal warming blends
- A 60-minute immersive sound healing journey with Tanya
- A moment of shared stillness to close
- A small take-home note on the evening's tea blends
This gathering is for you if... You're feeling the weight of the cold months and craving genuine rest. You love the ritual of tea as much as the medicine of sound. You want to feel held, grounded, and part of something meaningful. Or you simply love slowing down in good company.
Capacity is intentionally small. This is an intimate gathering - places are limited to ensure every person is fully held in the space.
🌿 General Admission - $45

A Couple of Gentle Notes
Sound healing is a deeply restorative practice, and we want every person who joins us to feel completely safe and supported. Out of care for your well-being, we kindly ask that those in the first trimester of pregnancy, or with a history of sound-induced epilepsy, severe tinnitus, or a serious mental health condition, sit this one out and join us at a future event.
Our space is lovingly prepared with essential oil burners and incense as part of the ceremonial atmosphere. If you are sensitive to fragrance or smoke, please hold this in mind when booking - your comfort matters to us.
If you have any dietary requirements for the tea tasting, questions, sensitivities, or simply want to chat before booking, you are always warmly welcome to reach out.
Come as you are - tired, full, tender, busy, or simply curious. Leave held, restored, and quietly renewed.
