Event Ticket - The Long Exhale: A Lavender Sound Bath
The Long Exhale: A Lavender Sound Bath
A lavender themed deep rest sound bath evening in the Dandenong Ranges
- When: Saturday 24th October 2026 – 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm
- Where: Blue Hills Centre, 1/6 Mahony Street, Upwey, VIC 3158
- Doors open 6:45 pm · Journey begins 7:00 pm
The Long Exhale is a pause built into that momentum. A twilight sound bath in the Dandenong Ranges, designed to do exactly one thing: give you permission to stop, for 90 minutes, with nothing expected of you in return.
There's no need to talk, no need to arrive in a particular headspace, no experience required. Just come as you are and let the evening meet you there.
What to expect
🌿 Lavender tea on arrival
🌿 Lavender oil for wrists & temples
🌿 Take-home lavender sachet
🌿 Full sound bath with a selection of sound healing instruments - crystal bowls, gong, chimes, shakers, ocean drum and many more.
Lavender threads through the whole evening, not as decoration but as anchor - something to smell, something to taste, something to hold onto. Before you leave, you'll be gifted a small lavender sachet to take home, so the exhale doesn't end when the evening does. Tuck it under your pillow. Let the evening follow you into sleep.
Capacity is intentionally small. This is an intimate gathering - places are limited to ensure every person is fully held in the space.
🌿 General Admission - $45
Who This Is For
This evening is suitable for:
- Those feeling overstimulated, overwhelmed, or mentally busy
- Anyone longing for deep rest and nervous system support
- Sensitive souls who feel nourished by candlelight, tea, and sacred atmosphere
- Healers, carers, parents, and professionals who give much of themselves
- Anyone simply wishing to experience stillness in community
No prior experience with meditation, tea ceremony, or sound healing is needed. You are welcome exactly as you are.
What to Bring
- A yoga mat
- Comfortable, warm clothing
- A blanket
- A pillow
- An eye mask (optional, but encouraged) and anything else to make your evening as comfortable as possible
A Couple of Gentle Notes
Sound healing is a deeply restorative practice, and we want every person who joins us to feel completely safe and supported. Out of care for your well-being, we kindly ask that those in the first trimester of pregnancy, or with a history of sound-induced epilepsy, severe tinnitus, or a serious mental health condition, sit this one out and join us at a future event.
Our space is lovingly prepared with essential oil burners (lavender for this evening!) and incense as part of the ceremonial atmosphere. If you are sensitive to fragrance or smoke, please hold this in mind when booking - your comfort matters to us.
If you have any dietary requirements for the tea tasting, questions, sensitivities, or simply want to chat before booking, you are always warmly welcome to reach out.
Come as you are - tired, full, tender, busy, or simply curious. Leave held, restored, and quietly renewed.
