Frequently Asked Questions
What is sound healing?
Sound healing is a non-invasive healing and relaxation technique facilitated by a sound practitioner. The combination of sounds creates the environment for the body to go into its own natural healing state. This combined with the guided Yoga Nidra script allows the body to be in its optimum state for relaxation and healing
Who is a sound bath suitable for?
A public sound bath is suitable for most people. As a general rule, sound healing in a group setting is very safe, as instruments will not be played on the body. The one main exception is for people with sound-induced epilepsy and for people experiencing acute mental health conditions.
