Event Ticket - Sanctuary of Soft Light - Upwey
Sanctuary of Soft Light
A Candlelit Sound Ceremony for Deep Rest & Nervous System Renewal
When: Saturday 2nd May 2026 – 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm
Where: Blue Hills Centre, 1/6 Mahony Street, Upwey, VIC 3158
On a quiet Saturday evening in May, you are warmly welcomed into a sanctuary of soft light, gentle stillness, and deep restoration.
As the outer air cools and autumn draws us inward, this candlelit ceremony offers a space to slow down, soften, and return to your centre. A space where nothing is required of you. A space where you can simply be.
You will be welcomed with intention and invited to settle in with a thoughtfully curated selection of herbal teas, chosen to support grounding, warmth, and relaxation. From the very first moment, the evening begins with a gentle exhale.
Surrounded by candlelight, you will be guided into stillness, allowing the body to unwind, the breath to deepen, and the nervous system to settle. Through a carefully woven immersion of sacred instruments and the preciousness of the human voice, the space becomes one of reverence and deep listening.
Resonant bowls, subtle chimes, grounding tones, spacious silence, and gentle vocal frequencies will move through the room like a soft current, inviting your system into safety, repair, and inner warmth. The voice is offered not as performance, but as prayer. The instruments are not for entertainment, but as sacred companions in your return to rest.
This is not just a sound bath.
It is a ceremonial pause.
An evening to:
• Release accumulated tension
• Restore inner warmth
• Be held in quiet presence
• Reconnect with your own steady rhythm
As the sounds ripple through the space, you may feel layers soften, thoughts quieten, and a subtle warmth re-emerge from within, the kind that isn’t created externally, but remembered.
There will be time to integrate in silence before gently returning, grounded and nourished.
